Clearly Music, Art and Wellness Festival & Clearer Workshops is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible environment for all individuals, regardless of their abilities. We have implemented a range of accessibility provisions to ensure that everyone can fully participate and enjoy their experience at our event/s.

Companion Cards:

Holders of a National or State issued Companion Card may request a Companion Ticket equivalent to the ticket type held by the person with a disability.

Accessibility Facilities and Access Signage:

We have designated accessible parking spaces near the entrance for visitors with disabilities. Our event space will be equipped with ramps to ensure easy access for all attendees. Clear and visible signage is placed throughout the premises, including large-print options, to assist individuals with visual impairments in navigating the area.

Accessibility Lighting:

We will install adequate lighting across the venue, ensuring well-lit paths and spaces to aid individuals with visual impairments and prevent tripping hazards. Our staging lighting design’s take into consideration individuals with photosensitivity, aiming to minimize any potential triggers.

Accessibility Toilets:

Accessible restrooms are conveniently located and designed to accommodate individuals using mobility aids, with ample space and grab bars for support. We ensure these restrooms are clearly signposted and kept clean and well-maintained throughout the event.

Accessibility Bars and Entertainment Features:

Our bars and entertainment areas are designed to be accessible, with lowered counters and sections that are wheelchair friendly. We will be providing a accessible viewing area’s for individuals with disabilities, including an accessible viewing platform for our main stage that will offer a clear view of each main stage performance.

Accessibility Information Tent:

We will be setting up an accessibility information tent staffed by trained personnel who can assist individuals with disabilities, answer questions, and provide guidance on accessibility features and services available.

Accessibility Ground Coverings:

The pathways and outdoor areas of our event are designed with smooth and even ground coverings, making it easier for individuals with mobility aids or wheelchairs to navigate comfortably.
